Coaches love to set goals and make plans. They tend to be doers! This can be great because you get stuff done. However, it can also cause you to overthink..a lot! It’s easy to get caught up in the same patterns of thinking, and planning for coaching or sales call, dreaming of that next client or churning over an endless to-do list. It can suck so much time yet not get you anywhere further.
